In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings whenever they are used:

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 743 Pub. By completing the registration process — including ticking the acknowledgement box during sign-up — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You understand their content and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 743 Pub platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To open and maintain an account at 743 Pub, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 743 Pub strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds reviewed in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. The 743 Pub platform is operated for the Philippine market and is not intended for players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

743 Pub reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one account at 743 Pub. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same person — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and bonuses received across those accounts may be voided.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 743 Pub login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone. We will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administration fee as outlined in the applicable fee schedule, and 743 Pub may attempt to contact the account holder before any deduction is made.

All financial transactions at 743 Pub are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits. The minimum deposit at 743 Pub is ₱100 for most e-wallet methods and ₱200 for bank transfers and card payments. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful processing by the payment provider. 743 Pub does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider's standard rates may apply.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to another person's account — are strictly prohibited. The standard daily withdrawal limit is ₱500,000 for verified accounts.

Verification Before First Withdrawal. Prior to your first withdrawal, 743 Pub will request KYC documentation, including a government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, driver's licence, or passport). This is a one-time process and protects both the player and the platform from unauthorised transactions.

743 Pub offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and event-tied specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, expiry period, and maximum bet size while a bonus is active. These are published on the 743 Pub Promotions page at the time the offer is live.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Real money bets are deducted from your Real Money Balance first, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and Voids. 743 Pub reserves the right to void bets that were placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the staked amount is returned in full to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 743 Pub platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using 743 Pub for any purpose connected to money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using third-party deposits to trigger welcome offers, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made at 743 Pub — without first contacting our support team — is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access, use, or control your 743 Pub account is prohibited.

All content on the 743 Pub platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of 743 Pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 743 Pub platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 743 Pub content without prior written authorisation.

743 Pub collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an account at 743 Pub, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, 743 Pub collects data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the platform. Nothing in this section limits 743 Pub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the 743 Pub platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

743 Pub operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of Philippine law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict only.

743 Pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:
